Loss of Water Access in Baltimore City Calls for Affordable Solutions

As we’re celebrating the holidays with family and friends, there are as many as 4,900 families in Baltimore City who do not have running water. This information is based on the number of families whose water was shut off by Baltimore City Public Works Dept. in 2015/2016, and the number of water service restorations since then.  Families lose water access because they cannot afford the cost, which continues to rise.  To call attention to this crisis and the need for affordable solutions, please call Jack Young (# 1-917-791-2257).
